Kenvue introduces the new Trusted Science Award, which celebrates modern ingredients that deliver efficacious benefits to products that consumers can count on everyday for personal care. The Kenvue Trusted Science Award will recognize a novel ingredient that addresses important unmet consumer needs, is underpinned with socially responsible and sustainable standards and backed by trusted scientific or clinical data.

Applications Deadline: Friday, March 1st 2024, 23.59 GMT

Awards Criteria

Applicants will have to demonstrate performance in at least three of these areas:

  • Address an unmet consumer need
  • Scientific and/or clinical validation claims data
  • Sustainably inclusive and/or socially responsible
  • Realistic sourcing strategy enabling geographic scale, affordability, and agility
  • Leveraged broadly across different categories, product forms, and/or benefits 
  • Novelty of the science

The ingredient should have been commercialized within the last two years and have current applications in cosmetic, beauty care, skin health, hair and scalp, oral care, and/or other personal care products.
